Have we cherised tho who are in need?

Posted by Unknown On 19:24
“‘Man’, said the Prophet, ‘says: My wealth!  My wealth!’  Have you not any wealth except that which you give as alms and thus preserve, wear and tatter, eat and use up?”

Islam has been taught us to cherish those who are in need.
Charity itself according to dictionary.reference.com is
generous actions or donations to aid the poor, ill, or helpless: to devote one's life to charity.
In Islam this is called as Zakat and is one of Islamic five pilars. Muslims believe that by give charity to those who are in need, it will keep their wealth. in Arabic, zakat literally means “purification”, because zakat is considered to purify one’s heart of greed.  Love of wealth is natural and it takes firm belief in God for a person to part with some of his wealth.  Zakat must be paid on different categories of property — gold, silver, money; livestock; agricultural produce; and business commodities — and is payable each year after one year’s possession.  It requires an annual contribution of 2.5 percent of an individual’s wealth and assets.
I recommend you to visit this site http://www.islamreligion.com/articles/46/
from there, we know how important to practice the charity in our real life.
so, why don't don't we try to cherish those? by giving charity to those means that we also cheris ourselves.

The Seven Earths

Posted by Unknown On 18:46
Allah created universe as the same number number of earth. Earth is created with seven layers. It has been being said by prophet Muhammad S.A.W.

Hadith 1

It was narrated on the authority of Abu Salamah that a dispute arose between him and some other people (about a piece of land).  When he told Aisha (the Prophet’s wife) about it, she said, ‘O Abu Salamah!  Avoid taking the land unjustly, for the Prophet said:
“Whoever usurps even one span of land of somebody, its depth through the seven earths will be collared to his neck.” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari, ‘Book of Oppression.’)

Hadith 2

Salim narrated on the authority of his father that the Prophet said:
“Whoever takes a piece of land of others unjustly, he will sink down the seven earths on the Day of Resurrection.” (Saheeh Al-Bukhari, ‘Book of Oppression.’)

It's true. The geologist have proven that. Here are the layers of earth as geologists have proven:

(1)  The Solid Inner Core of Earth: 1.7% of the Earth’s mass; depth of 5,150 - 6,370 kilometers (3,219 - 3,981 miles)
(2)  The Liquid Outer core: 30.8% of Earth’s mass; depth of 2,890 - 5,150 kilometers (1,806 - 3,219 miles)
3)  The “D” Layer: 3% of Earth’s mass; depth of 2,700 - 2,890 kilometers (1,688 - 1,806 miles)
(4)  Lower Mantle: 49.2% of Earth’s mass; depth of 650 - 2,890 kilometers (406 -1,806 miles)
(5)  Middle Mantle (Transition region): 7.5% of Earth’s mass; depth of 400 - 650 kilometers (250-406 miles)
(6)  Upper Mantle: 10.3% of Earth’s mass; depth of 10 - 400 kilometers (6 - 250 miles)
(7)  Lithosphere

SUbhanallah. How beautiful islam is.

The Benefits of Lightning

Posted by Unknown On 09:21
Every one who hears about lightning will say "I fucking hate it. I don't like when it is raining then lightning comes up with the rain. When I was a kid, a friend of mine who was older than me told me that if the lightning comes, it means that God is angry. He also told me to not wear something red or I would die at once due to lightning. Forget about that. hehhhehe
Yeah, lightning usually comes when due when it is raining. As in science.yourdictionary.com describes, lightning is a flash of light in the sky caused by an electrical discharge between clouds or between a cloud and the Earth's surface. The flash heats the air and usually causes thunder. Lightning may appear as a jagged streak, as a bright sheet, or in rare cases, as a glowing red ball.
And thinkexist.com also describes that lightning is a discharge of atmospheric electricity, accompanied by a vivid flash of light, commonly from one cloud to another, sometimes from a cloud to the earth. The sound produced by the electricity in passing rapidly through the atmosphere constitutes thunder.
But, do you that lightning also has beneficial? Just click this link http://historyofislam.com/science-and-faith-in-islam/the-beneficial-effects-of-lightning/ to make sure about it.

Medical Benefits of Taraweeh Prayers

Posted by Unknown On 08:21
It's five days left to ramadhan, the holy month of every muslim. They should be familiar with Taraweeh prayers. Yeah, we do that in each night of ramadhan. The command to have tareweeh prayers itself has been taught by Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.
Both al-Bukhaari (1129) and Muslim (761) narrated from ‘Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed one night in the mosque, and the people followed him in prayer. Then he prayed the next night, and many people came. Then they gathered on the third or fourth night, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not come out to them. The next morning he said: “I saw what you did, and nothing kept me from coming out to you except the fact that I feared that it would be made obligatory for you.” And that was in Ramadan

al-Bukhaari (2010) narrated that ‘Abd al-Rahmaan ibn ‘Abd al-Qaari said: I went out with ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab (may Allah be pleased with him) to the mosque one night in Ramadan, and the people were scattered, each man praying by himself. Some men would pray and have groups of people behind them following them. ‘Umar said: “I think that if I unite all these people with one reader, it will be better. Then he resolved to gather them behind Ubayy ibn Ka’b.

Taraweeh prayers done after we have shalaatul Isya. How long the taraweeh prayer is supposed to be: 8 or 20 raka'at (cycles of prayer) with a few minutes break after every 2 raka'at. But do you know that there medical benefits of taraweeh prayers? You should get interested to know more, right?

The command about circumcision had been got by prophet Ibrahim a.s. from Allah S.W.T. The circumcision itself means the removal of the foreskin from the human penis. The time that a child should get circumcision itself is not fix but the majority of ulema take a view that a child should be circumcised before at the age of ten or at least at the commencement of puberty. Circumcision has medical benefits as in this website http://www.beautifulislam.net/men/circumcision_benefits.htm serves :
  • cut the risk of urinary tract infections
  • cut the risk of sexuality transmitted disease
  • cut the risk of cancer of the penis
  • a decrease in physical problems such as phimosis

TAYAMMUM

Posted by Unknown On 21:07
In Arabic, the word Tayammum literally means an 'aim' or 'purpose.' In Islamic Law, it refers to: 'Aiming for or seeking soil to wipe one's face and hands with the intention of purification and preparing oneself to pray, and so on." This act of ritual cleansing is proven by the Quran, Sunnah (prophetic tradition) and Ijmaa' (consensus of Muslim scholars).

Do We Have Manners of Eating in Islam?

Posted by Unknown On 20:08
Assalamu'alaikum wr. wb.
Islam has managed the way we live from little things. In this time, I'm gonna post about the way to eat according to hadith that has been taught by prophet Muhammad.as we know that many of us do not know a good manners of eating. They tend to eat by their own willing not according to the rules that have been taught by prophet Muhammad. The way to eat in Islam also has rules. Before eating we should say the name of Allah (say ).

Dua' Before Eating
Allhuma baa rik lanaa feemaa razaqtanaa wa qinaa azaaba al-naar
Translation: O Allah! Bless us on everything You give us, and avoid us from Hellfire. And with the name of Allah. [Source: Ibnu Sunni]

and after eating

Dua' after Eating Alhamdulillahillazee at 'amanaa wa saqaanaa wa kafaa naa wa awaa naa Translation: All Praises be to Allah, who provides us food, drink, satisfaction and protection

Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. has taught us to eat from the way we sit, the way we take the food (what hand do we use?) and soon. He taught us to eat by using right hand not to use left hand. This is a thing that all of us know that
he (prophet Muhammad) always used to have salt before and after meals. He said that a person who does this act is protected from 70 types of diseases.

You can visit this site to know more about the manners of eating http://islamic-laws.com/eatinghabbit.htm
the site has complete explanation about manners of eating and its medical effect. so guys, I hope you could get the point after reading the explanation of the site and start to eat in the right way.

Hadith

Posted by Unknown On 23:43
Hadith is the most islamic term that used by Muslims. A hadith may not quote the Prophet directly but report what he was heard saying or seen. A hadith may show the Prophet’s tacit approval of something, as in this example in which the Messenger does not stop Muslims from keeping his cut hair:
Ya‘qub bin Ibrahim told us that Hushaim said, that Sayyar said, that al-Sha‘bi said, that Jarir bin ‘Abdullah said: “I pledged to the Prophet listening and obeying, so he taught me to add ‘as much as I can, and to give good advice to every Muslim’” (Bukhari, 7402)

Amazing Pyramids from Egypt

Posted by Unknown On 20:27

How were pyramids built? Nice question! Pyramids are located in Egypt. They were built by Fir'aun. Many scientists were wondering about how pyramids were built. Scientist Davidovits affirmed that Fir'aun used  stones that were mainly from limestone, clay, and water to build pyramids. Guess what? Al Quran has explained about how Fir'aun built pyramids. Subhanallah!!! Here is the ayath

nawaqaala fir'awnu yaa ayyuhaa almalau maa 'alimtu lakum min ilaahin ghayrii fa-awqid lii yaa haamaanu 'alaa alththhiini faij'al lii sharhan la'allii aththhali'u ilaa ilaahi muusaa wa-innii la-azhunnuhu mina alkaadzibii

“So kindle for me (a fire), O Hâmân, to bake (bricks out of) clay, and set up for me a Sarh (a lofty tower, or palace) in order that I may look at (or look for) the Ilâh (God) of Mûsâ (Moses); and verily, I think that he [Mûsâ (Moses)] is one of the liars."( AlQassas :  38).

The professor Joseph Davidovits, in its books They built the pyramids and New history of the pyramids, defends an original thesis concerning "mystery" of the construction of the pyramids : those would have been built by employing D-agglomerated stone (of the natural limestone treated like a moulded concrete then), and not using enormous blocks cut and trailed on slopes.

How to Slaughter in Islam

فاستمسك بالذي أوحى إليك إنك على صراط مستقيم {43} وإنه لذكر لك ولقومك وسوف تسئلون {44} ""So you Hold the religion that has been revealed to you. Indeed you are on the right path. And verily the Qur'an it really is a great glory for you and for your people, and you will be asked accountability. "(Surah Az-Zukhruf: 43-44)Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala commanded us to read Bismillah before killing the animal sacrifices, He said in Surat al-An'am:
فكلوا مما ذكر اسم الله عليه إن كنتم بئاياته مؤمنين {118}"So eat animals (halal) called the name of God (when slaughtered), if ye believe in the verses)." (Surat al-An'am: 118)
ولاتأكلوا مما لم يذكر اسم الله عليه وإنه لفسق {121}

"And do not eat animals that are not mentioned the name of God when the kill. Indeed, such an act is a transgression. "(Surat al-An'am: 121).

Fasting or we call as puasa in Indonesia is a period where each of baligh muslims do not eat, drink, have a sex(for couple of husband-wife) from dawn to sunset in Ramadhan month. They end the fasting when adzan comes.
Fasting is mandatory on every Muslim who is sane, adult, able and resident. The following exemptions apply:
  1. the insane;
  2. children who are not adolescent yet;
  3. the elderly and chronically ill for whom fasting is unreasonably strenuous; Such persons are required to feed at least one poor person every day in Ramadan for which he or she has missed fasting.
  4. pregnant women and nursing may postpone the fasting at a later time;
